Merceditas Gutierrez has ordered the filing of charges in the Sandiganbayan against incumbent Mayor Ignacio Taruc and treasurer Imelda Umoso of Buguey, Cagayan, for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act after Taruc allegedly refused to pay the salaries of five casual employees totaling P32,000.............and is now suspended according to source for 20 days till proven guilty....
As of now LICERIO CE ANTIPORDA III is the acting Mayor of Municipality of Buguey March 3,2009 is being inagurated by DILG DIR. AND GOVERNOR ANTONIO VICE ODI FAUSTO
