To my dear townmates from Barangay Modesto Antiporda another funding is forthcoming for the continuation of the improvement of your barangay road, the said funding has already been approved and included in the list of projects for funding by the DPWH at the initiative of Hon. Sally Ponce Enrile. I know the people of this barangay know fully well who worked for such project, but the underlying reason for all of these benefits is the cooperation of all the constituents of M. Antiporda, save for a handful. At least the concreting of the barangay road from the national highway has already started, it will not be long and before we notice it, it will already be completed. I urge the beneficiaries to contribute the so called sweat equity or bayanihan just like what they did at Quinawegan. If the constituents will take part and contribute something, then they will likely be responsible for maintaining it and keeping it in good condition because its not pure government money that was poured into the project but also the sweat of its people. Just a hint, the forthcoming funding will be more than double the previously implemented project thereat.
